MiniNote is a minimal dark-themed notepad for quick notes and thoughts.

We created MiniNote as a lightweight alternative to bloated editors, guided by three principles: instant launch, minimal memory footprint, and zero dependencies on heavy frameworks. The entire application is built with pure Win32 API and released under the MIT license.

Usage

• Launch the program, resize and position the window as you like.
• Toggle visibility by clicking the system tray icon or pressing ESC.
• Text autosaves every 10 seconds and on exit, no "Save?" dialogs ever.
• All settings (dark theme, word wrap, always-on-top) are accessible via the tray context menu.
• Supports 100-step undo/redo for safe editing.
